What is life? They say life is what we have between B and D, which means from birth to death. Once we are born, we all know, we will die one day. But what makes our life meaningful is what is between B and D, and that is C. And C is Choice. Life is all about choices we make. The right choice, or the wrong – whatever they might be, those choices make our life – ‘life.’
Here is an interesting fact about choice. The choices we make, make, or break us. We have the freedom to make any choice, but the moment we make any choice, it is going to determine what is going to happen to us. Even a selection of picking a particular brand of cereals might have some degree of impact on our life. For example, high-sugar cereal might be tasty, but that might not work for our health.
But life is not just about making a choice about cereal, is it? Life is unpredictable, and we do not know what life throws at us.
But here is a deal about being in a crisis. When in a crisis, we are left with fewer or no options. We do not have that luxury to ask, “Is there a better way?” or “Is there an easier way?” And when we run out of choices, what happens next is something so extraordinary that we had never imagined. Yes, we actually discover the strength that is hidden within us.
Trust me, there is an invisible strength within us. We all carry that supreme strength and that fullness of wisdom. It is never stopped, and it cannot never be destroyed. It is within us.
So, let’s trust that supreme strength within us, and move forward. Life never gets easier, it is just that, we become stronger. I think, this is what Bob Marley was trying to suggest when he said, “You never know how strong you are until being strong is your only choice.”
What do you think, friends? Please share your interpretation.
I couldn’t help but sing it in my head after I read the quote. lol. Perfect timing!
Yes, Bob Marley’s outlook towards life was quite enlightening. I get a lot of strength in reading his quotes.

Thank you so much for your comment
Well I can relate to this… A time came in my life where I couldn’t degrade further… and I had literally no choice but totake decisive steps and change my situation.
So its in the moments of utter hardship, one realises how strong we truly are.
What we are going through today is directly or indirectly due to our past choice.what we choose now will likeways impact our future.
Its good topic you chose..good luck.
Thank you for sharing your experience. I have had such moments too and discovering our inner strength is quite empowering.
